Meet Peggy

Meet Peggy, a 70-year-old Louisiana native best known for her photography.  She has spent a lifetime exploring her artistic talents. Peggy has dabbled in many creative pursuits, from sketching to baking high-end cakes, creating porcelain dolls, and producing a clothing line. But her latest passion, digital art, has truly captured her imagination.

Peggy's journey as an artist began when she was just a child when her mother gave her a set of colored pencils. From that moment on, she was hooked on drawing and painting. As she grew older, her artistic interests expanded, and she began experimenting with different mediums, from clay to fabric to cake batter.

But it was photography that truly captured her heart. Peggy's eye for detail and ability to capture the beauty in the world around her made her a natural behind the lens. Over the years, she has honed her photography skills, capturing everything from landscapes to portraits.

Despite her love for photography, Peggy's other creative pursuits have continued to hold a special place in her heart. Whether designing a new dress or sculpting a doll, she always approaches her work with the same passion and attention to detail.

In recent years, Peggy's hobbies have also taken her all over the world. She's an avid scuba diver, and she's explored some of the most beautiful underwater landscapes on the planet. She's also a seasoned traveler, and has visited several countries and most of the USA.

On one of these trips, Peggy was inspired to try digital art. After traveling with an international ballet company, she was struck by the beauty and grace of the dancers on stage. Hundreds of photos were captured of the dancers in action, and upon returning home, she began experimenting with turning those images into digital art.

It was a learning curve, but Peggy was determined to master the new medium. She began experimenting with different software programs and refining her techniques. Slowly but surely, she began to develop her unique style, creating digital art that was both beautiful and thought-provoking.

For Peggy, it's not about the recognition or the sales. It's about the joy she finds in the creative process and her satisfaction when she creates something beautiful.

Looking back on her life as an artist, Peggy has no regrets. She's proud of everything she's accomplished and excited to see where her artistic journey will take her next. Whether she's working with clay, fabric, or pixels, one thing is sure: Peggy will always be an artist at heart.
